I have about 20 years of professional experience from the area of Business Administration and reporting in an international environment. During these years, I have been acting as leader in different roles and different types of companies.

My postions has been as Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Controller both on group and company level.

Besides leading and managing the Finance and Administration department, I have a strong drive to make concerned processes more effective and efficient in order to reach good results with small and in many cases very limited means. In order to do so, you have to question and challenge people around you and ask why (x5) are we doing things? Another area which gives me lots of energy is to lead and develop people, and see them growing and take on bigger and more challenging assignments. 

IT-solutions are an unavoidable necessity in the area of Business Administration, and I have worked with the most common systems such as Cognos (Controller, BI, TM1), QlikView, M3, iScala, Navision etc.

I'm an advanced user of Excel and Power BI so I have the capabilty to create different types of reports connected to ERP and other data sources. 

Since I have a strong drive to improve, My learning is that no IT-tool can compensate for a poor or broken process; the starting point is an effective and efficient process. The last years I'worked a lot with Improvements in ways of working and used Micrsoft Visio as a process mapping tool.
